Crital Thinking

This highly interactive and thought provoking session quickly demonstrates that we are all creative - we just have to learn the appropriate means to unleash our creativity. Work-related examples will be used to show how creativity and innovation can help in our day-to-day problem solving of real issues. We will look at different approaches participants can take to make creativity a part of their work culture.

By the end of this workshop participants will be able to:

Unleash the power of the 6-step creativity model
Understand the elements that contribute to creativity
Manage an environment of creative people
Use creativity to dissolve workplace challenges

Problem Solving

Our Problem Solving Workshop will offer you with a selection of tools and techniques that will help you improve your own problem solving as well as those you interact with regularly. This workshop relies on a variety of learning methods to help you develop this skill. Those methods include: discussion, hands-on problem solving practice sessions, some theory, and some opportunities for reflection on your own problem solving practices.
