This course has tools and methods to help the manager or supervisor recognize potentially violent situations before they need attention, and then to take positive action to avoid or eliminate the potential problem. There is a wide array of techniques to help leaders use communication, conflict intervention, and interpersonal skills to diffuse dangerous situations.
