OCP VENDOR CERTIFICATION PROGRAM
UNIX/ORACLE 10G/DBA MANAGEMENT

The Key2Careers industry-leading Vendor Certification Database management Program was designed for the individual to become trained and certified as DBA.

A DBA directs or performs all activities related to maintaining a successful database environment including designing, implementing, and maintaining the database system; establishing policies and procedures pertaining to the management, security, maintenance, and use of the database management system; A DBA is usually expected to have experience with one or more of the major database management products, such as Structured Query Language, and Oracle-based database management software.

Course Outlines

The primary goal of this course is to prepare the individuals to pass the Oracle OCP Database Administration exam. This Oracle OCP course is an intensive hands-on course is designed to provide Oracle professionals with an in-depth understanding of the DBA features of Oracle, specific Oracle concepts and knowledge required for the OCP exam, and tips and techniques for passing the Oracle OCP exam on your first attempt.

Broad in scope, this course covers all of the Oracle Database Administration topics on the OCP exam including SGA instance management, file & tablespace management, user administration & security and table & index management.

Hands-on exercises are used to demonstrate each feature and the student will gain first-hand experience in the key Oracle DBA concepts required to pass the Oracle OCP exam. In addition, this course provides sample OCP exam questions and an opportunity to access your overall knowledge of Oracle DBA concepts.

Prices can be quoted depending on your requirements. This program is modular and the individual can take the full program or any module. The Certificates are issued by Oracle after passing their exams.

Please note that Key2Careers will not issue any CERTIFICATION for the above program after completion. Key2careers will provide the necessary knowledge & training to enable applicants pass the Vendor's exams.
