Assessment:
An online skills assessment will help
you prescribe your learning needs and
identify areas where you are strong or
require additional study. Upon completing
an assessment, recommendations are made
to direct you to the lessons necessary
to acquire the appropriate knowledge
or skills. You can then take the post-assessment
to evaluate and track your improvement.
eCourseware
:
eCourseware is a complete version of
the official courseware and is the primary
manual used in your Classroom Learning
course. Since the content is electronic
you will always have access to the latest
version of the manual for viewing online,
printing or downloading for later use.
Learning
Guide:
You will receive a Learning Guide to
use as an at-a-glance review tool, outlining
all of the main concepts and skills presented
in your Classroom Learning course. This
guide is a condensed hard-copy booklet
of the corresponding eCourseware that
accompanies your course.
Self-paced
Tutorial:
In addition to the Classroom Learning
instruction you will also receive a self-paced
eLearning tutorial (course) for use during
class and as a post-class resource for
an extended period of time. This interactive,
multimedia tutorial includes the same
content covered in your Classroom Learning
course and provides you with "just-in-time" learning - 24
hours a day, 7 days a week. Reinforce
a skill you learned in class, review
the content to prepare for an exam, research
a topic or brush up on skills while on
the job. You can repeat the lessons as
many times as you want. The self-paced
tutorial gives you hands-on training
as if you were in the real application,
without needing the software loaded on
your machine.
KnowledgeShare
Forums:
Community forums are a great place to
meet fellow students, continue discussions
from your classroom or strike up new
conversations with students in related
classes or with common interests. There
are community forums on many different
IT topics to allow you to find just the
help you need. |
