Vision defines and motivates institutions as well as individuals. Key2Careers College master plan is, in essence, a vision statement; a vision statement that reflects the values, aspirations and priorities of an academic community. Our Master plan is the product of a shared effort involving faculty, corporate, students, staff, alumni and friends who together have "imagined" future. The master plan is a blueprint for progress. It will evolve over time to support the vision and provide a "sense of place" for our academic community.

"It is the purpose of this Master Plan to establish a direction for the orderly future physical development of Key2Careers College allowing the development of new systems of design that will become necessary as the college grows."

Key2Careers has exhibited amazing growth and all indications are that this unprecedented growth and development will continue into the future.The planning solutions must be as far reaching as possible. It must provide for the dynamic development of the organization in an economical, functional and logical manner. It must project a unified and aesthetic organization of the campus which meets the projected needs and which allows for modifications as circumstances change and as the academic program of the organization develops.
