Course: Depending on the Certification you are interested (CRM Telesales or CRM Analytics) in you can choose between CR300 (Telesales) and CR900 (Analytics) courses which are of 2 days length.

Remote Access You will have access to CRM, R3, Portal, BW and Solution Manager Systems for 2 months after Class if you choose the certification path.
