Program Overview
The International Trade Certificate Program concentrates on the
complexities of the movement of products and services across national
boundaries. applicants receive comprehensive knowledge and practical
training in international trade.
Strong focus on
specialized areas of international trade is offered in this certificate
program. The four focus/modules are:

international trade: Research, Marketing, Logistics, and Finance

Extensive use of case studies,
simulations, project-based learning, with focus on developing project
management, teamwork, report writing and communication and
presentation skills
Applicants of this program can increase their knowledge in international
trade. This field includes exporters, importers, trading houses,
banks and government agencies.

university or college degree

applicants will be required to submit a detailed resumé and business
letter

Computer literate with the ability to use word processing,
spreadsheets, data bases and the Internet for research

Applicants may be required to submit or demonstrate evidence of
English language skills

Preference will be given to applicants who are fluent in a second
language

It is
advantageous, but not a requirement, for applicants to have some
background in business, economics and/or commerce
